Age Verification: Khel92 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law. Each Player is permitted one Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, khel92 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Khel92 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You must notify khel92 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
By using the khel92 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of wagers and/or legal action:
Fair Play: Khel92 employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and fraudulent activity. Any account found to be in breach of these use conditions may be suspended immediately pending investigation. Decisions on the validity of wagers placed in breach of these Terms rest solely with khel92.
All financial transactions on the khel92 Platform are subject to the following general conditions. Specific limits, fees and processing timeframes are detailed in the cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance subject to the successful processing of your chosen payment method. Khel92 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time. Familiar Pakistan-based payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear in the cashier; however, their availability is subject to change and their mention does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with gambling activity by any payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed following the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Khel92 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Khel92 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the cashier, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance held in your Account (net of any applicable administrative fees and pending bonus fund matters) will be returned to you via an eligible payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which khel92 is incorporated and/or licensed, as applicable. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be given via the Platform, by email or by notification within your Account dashboard. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
